Though we hope that you will never need to return anything, should you need to do so, we aim to make it as quick as possible.

If it is not faulty you can return an item so long as it is within 30 days of purchase and as long as the item is returned unopened , unused and in resalable condition, complete with all original packaging. purchase is liable for return postage.

Quality & Contamination Disclaimer

All Harrison Teas are blended and packed in the UK under strict hygiene and food safety standards. We have had no verified reports of contamination, including microplastics. Customers claiming contamination must provide certified test results from a recognised UK body such as the Food Standards Agency (FSA) or Trading Standards. Products must also be returned in full, at the buyer’s expense, for inspection. No refunds will be issued unless such certification is provided and the claim is verified through proper channels. Unsupported or repeat claims without evidence may be declined. Please report any concerns within 7 days of receiving your order.
