Though we hope that you will never need to return anything, should you wish to make a claim relating to your product ie damage, incorrect goods etc this must be done within 24hours of receiving your goods.
After confirming your claim we shall re-supply the goods or credit your account in full.
None defective Returns
None defective product can be returned within 30 days of invoice, with all packaging and in anew condition, with the invoice for a refund, minus the shipping cost and a £2.50 restocking fee
Quality & Contamination Disclaimer
All Harrison Teas are blended and packed in the UK under strict hygiene and food safety standards. We have had no verified reports of contamination, including microplastics. Customers claiming contamination must provide certified test results from a recognised UK body such as the Food Standards Agency (FSA) or Trading Standards. Products must also be returned in full, at the buyer’s expense, for inspection. No refunds will be issued unless such certification is provided and the claim is verified through proper channels. Unsupported or repeat claims without evidence may be declined. Please report any concerns within 7 days of receiving your order.

Royal mail, Hermes , Yodal, DPD and UPS are our logistic providers, items should be delivered within 3-5 working days
Note please check your parcel before signing for it, any problem with the parcel, please mark on signature that it is damaged when received.
